To provide piano tuition and respond to enquiries, I may collect information including:

  • Information reasonably required for the administration and delivery of lessons

For pupils under 18, relevant information is collected and managed with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  • Maintain appropriate teaching and administrative records

Personal information is not published on the Kevin Barr Music website or social media without appropriate consent.

Photographs, Videos and Pupil Information

Photographs, videos, performances or information about pupils will only be published where appropriate permission has been obtained.

For pupils under 18, permission will be obtained from a parent or guardian where required.

Where a pupil is identified publicly, normally only their first name will be used unless specific permission has been given otherwise.

If you would prefer a pupil’s name, photograph, video or performance not to be published, please let me know.

Sharing Information

Kevin Barr Music does not sell personal information.

Personal information is only shared where necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, or where appropriate consent has been given.
